Associate Consultant – Strategy & Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in creating actionable digital strategies tailored for media organizations.

• Engage in transformation initiatives driven by data insights, user behavior, and market trends.

• Support projects from the initial idea phase through to integration into clients’ everyday operations.

• Evaluate markets, business processes, and usage statistics from top media companies.

• Prepare analyses, workshops, and management presentations aimed at key decision-makers.

• Collaborate with clients to devise practical and sustainable solutions.

• Work in close collaboration with consulting and data science teams, as well as various client-side departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in business, IT, data science, or a similar analytically oriented field.

• A minimum of six months of relevant experience through internships or student work placements in consulting, strategy, media, technology, or data-centric sectors.

• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint for effective analysis and presentation of results.

• Initial familiarity with BI, data, AI, or automation tools is advantageous.

• Capability to analyze complex issues in a methodical way and articulate findings effectively.

• Excellent proficiency in German (minimum C1 level).

• Good command of the English language.
