This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with executive leadership and search firms on initiatives related to leadership recruitment.

• Enhance and solidify partnerships with academic institutions to cultivate future talent pipelines in healthcare.

• Work alongside community organizations to broaden workforce opportunities and improve access to careers in healthcare.

• Assist in workforce development initiatives, including programs such as Nurse Residency, Critical Care RN Training, APP Fellowship, and SHIP.

• Propel strategies for talent attraction and relocation to address critical workforce needs.

• Represent Stanford Health Care at career fairs, industry events, professional associations, and community outreach activities.

• Design, develop, and implement recruitment programs while overseeing their strategic direction.

• Utilize HR expertise to create effective, scalable, and sustainable programs.

• Recognize and execute improvements in the recruitment process.

• Build relationships with local community programs, high schools, and colleges.

• Develop social media initiatives and enhance employer branding for Stanford Health Care.

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and candidates to provide a recruitment experience focused on people.

• Assist with special HR projects and initiatives.

• Construct, maintain, and interpret frameworks for recruitment analytics.

• Establish and monitor program metrics and dashboards; deliver monthly reports and insights to leadership.

• Monitor KPIs such as Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, Quality of Hire, and Offer Acceptance Rates.

• Audit the recruitment funnel to pinpoint drop-off points.

• Assess the return on investment of sourcing channels to optimize the recruitment budget.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited college or university; a combination of education and experience will be considered.

• A minimum of twelve (12) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.

• Extensive knowledge of HR functions, particularly in recruitment or talent program development.

• Demonstrated success in designing, developing, and implementing new talent acquisition recruitment programs.

• Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

• Expertise in the healthcare industry, complemented by experience in fostering relationships with local schools and community workforce development organizations to establish sustainable talent pipelines across the San Francisco Bay Area.
