This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Develop Hilbert's LATAM talent pipelines from the ground up.
• Source candidates across various domains, including software engineering, AI/ML, product, GTM, growth, operations, and corporate roles.
• Convert hiring requirements into effective sourcing strategies, market maps, talent pools, and qualified pipelines.
• Identify passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, communities, referrals, networks, and other efficient channels.
• Design and test outreach messaging, channels, and targeting techniques.
• Create talent maps for challenging and critical business searches.
• Conduct recruiter screenings and evaluate candidates for progression.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align searches and enhance hiring decisions utilizing market data.
• Oversee candidate engagement from initial outreach through interviews and assist in closing candidates.
• Monitor outreach efforts, response rates, qualified candidates, conversions, and hires, modifying strategies as necessary.
• Generate market intelligence regarding talent availability, compensation, competitors, and candidate behaviors across LATAM.
• Identify and optimize recruiting processes that may hinder the team's efficiency.
• Hands-on experience in recruiting and sourcing across Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, and Chile; personally developed pipelines and recruited candidates in these markets.
• Demonstrated ability to locate and engage passive talent.
• Proven track record of successfully completing challenging searches, including the strategies employed.
• Capability to navigate both technical and non-technical searches.
• Skills in market research, talent pool identification, and pipeline building.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter beyond basic keyword searches.
• Highly resourceful sourcing techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple searches with urgency and independence.
• Capacity to challenge hiring managers using data and market insights.
• Ability to maintain candidate quality while rapidly building pipelines.
• Comfort in a dynamic environment while recruiting infrastructure is being established.
• Professional fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in Portuguese, experience in US-market recruiting, recruiting for technical companies, early-stage/high-growth startup experience, and familiarity with building talent maps or sourcing systems are considered bonus qualifications.
