Talent Sourcing Specialist, French or German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract candidates across European markets utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, networking, and internal talent pools.

• Conduct screening interviews with candidates in French or German and English.

• Develop and maintain talent pipelines to meet both current and future hiring demands.

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to comprehend hiring needs and provide high-quality candidate shortlists.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.

• Keep precise candidate records and recruitment activities within the ATS.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in French and English OR proficient in German and English.

• Background in talent sourcing, recruitment, talent acquisition, customer service, or sales.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capacity to identify and engage top talent through a variety of sourcing channels.

• Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in recruiting for Tech profiles.
