This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership and lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process for the MSBU division.
• Develop, validate, and continuously enhance the demand plan in collaboration with Product Management and Sales.
• Manage the weekly sales forecasting rhythm and facilitate BU-to-Supply review meetings.
• Foster alignment and drive decisions to completion among stakeholders.
• Convert demand into a practical supply plan.
• Establish and oversee safety stock levels and other supply assurance strategies.
• Maintain NetSuite planning parameters such as safety stock, lead times, MOQs, and lot sizes.
• Conduct scenario and what-if analyses for capacity limitations and demand risks.
• Manage finished goods ordering with contract manufacturers.
• Organize and monitor manufacturing plan builds through to delivery.
• Oversee contract manufacturer and supplier performance utilizing performance scorecards.
• Collaborate with Sourcing and Procurement to minimize lead times and enhance supply responsiveness.
• Assist in managing component and part risks, obsolescence, EOL monitoring, single-source supplier risks, and last-time-buy decisions.
• Lead demand and supply planning for new product launches from pilot phase to volume production.
• Represent MSBU in initiatives aimed at eliminating purchase price variance.
• Work alongside Supply Chain and Finance teams on inventory turnover and cash flow objectives.
• Responsible for monthly executive reporting on demand and supply status, inventory liabilities, turnover, cash flow, and PPV.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or S&OP, preferably within a contract manufacturing context.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable planning decisions.
• Capability to manage a process from start to finish and facilitate cross-functional alignment.
• Excellent communication skills for discussions involving cross-functional teams and contract manufacturers.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for visits to contract manufacturer sites.
• Knowledge of and ability to support export control (EAR) and conflict minerals reporting requirements.
• Experience with the NetSuite application.
• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and modeling (required).
• Familiarity with PowerBI.
• Knowledge of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is preferred.
• Must reside in the Continental United States.
