This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for designated commodities and services.
• Perform market research to discover potential suppliers, evaluate market trends, and assess supplier capabilities.
• Oversee RFP, RFQ, and RFI processes, including bid evaluation and supplier selection.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key suppliers while promoting continuous improvement.
• Monitor supplier performance based on cost, quality, delivery, and service metrics, and implement corrective measures.
• Identify and address geopolitical, economic, and logistical risks within the supply chain.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and legal teams.
• Drive cost savings through strategic sourcing, value engineering, and demand management.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulations.
• Keep accurate records of suppliers, contracts, and sourcing activities.
