This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.
• Oversee relationships with 25–30 members and collaborate on account planning with Gartner Leadership Client Managers and Account Executives.
• Assist members in reaching their Mission Critical Priorities by utilizing relevant Gartner resources.
• Develop service solutions for individual members and multi-member accounts by applying subject matter expertise.
• Evaluate member requirements and formulate tailored engagement plans that align with product strategies and deliverables.
• Define and conduct on-site client briefings that support essential initiatives.
• Engage in all stages of the member lifecycle: pre-sale, onboarding, relationship management, delivery, review, and renewal.
• Promote member retention and foster regional growth through prospect development, account planning, and showcasing value alongside Gartner Sales.
• Lead and/or engage in on-site member activities, including workshops, research analyst visits, roundtables, and webinars.
• Cultivate strategic internal partnerships and drive positive change.
• Offer actionable, outcome-oriented business and technical guidance to members.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Over 10 years of professional experience.
• At least 5 years in a senior Sourcing, Vendor Management, Procurement, or IT Finance position, or 5 years in another SVM or Procurement field such as Consulting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the IT sector, including its vendors and suppliers, as well as the functions of Senior SVM, procurement, Finance, and IT leadership.
• Proven experience in strategy formulation, organizational design, initiative management, metric application, and awareness of major industry trends.
• High capacity and developed ability to lead and navigate ambiguous situations.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional relationship management abilities, particularly in interactions with C-level executives.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel 25% or more.
