
Talent Sourcer – Offshore

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist the Recruiting team by managing a daily roster of skilled candidates who are ready to be contacted.
• Source candidates during the overnight local shift.
• Achieve hundreds of sourced candidates each month, in alignment with various metrics that may evolve based on client and business requirements.
• Participate in role intake meetings with Recruiters and Team Lead to grasp the evolving roles of law firm clients.
• Comprehend the precise requirements for all designated roles.
• Identify pertinent keywords within online candidate resumes.
• Develop effective search strings.
• Explore online candidate profile databases.
• Evaluate resumes in relation to client needs.
• Deliver the designated goal count of resumes by the conclusion of each workday.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing reports.
• Collaborate with Recruiters, Sourcers, Team Lead Recruiters, Recruiting Director, and Recruiting Operations Manager.
• Utilize, extract information from, and maintain the Greenhouse ATS.
• Conduct data entry and platform updates with complete accuracy.
• Support sourcing, recruiting, screening, and hiring for law firm clients’ Executive Assistant, Marketing, Office Admin, and executive positions.
• Over three years of experience in sourcing and/or supporting recruiting departments, particularly for Executive level roles (preferably in law firms, though not mandatory).
• Excellent written and spoken English (essential for ensuring accurate internal communication).
• Proficient in ATS; experience with Greenhouse is advantageous.
• Skilled in using platforms such as Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Monster, LinkedIn, and other candidate resume job portals.
• Experience with Boolean and keyword searches.
• Ability to work from 8:55 AM to 5 PM EST US.
• Capacity to understand role intake and associated keywords.
• Strict compliance with client confidentiality standards.
• Familiarity with Slack and Zoom or similar communication tools.
• Strong attention to detail and administrative capabilities.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently and accurately.
