Talent Sourcer – Junior Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain candidate pipelines for Sales across 17 regions.

• Strategically identify talent by area prior to territory openings.

• Recruit candidates for finance, operations, people, product, and engineering positions.

• Create and execute tailored outreach through LinkedIn, emails, and other platforms.

• Experiment with messaging, monitor outcomes, and enhance response rates.

• Conduct initial phone interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.

• Forward qualified candidates to the senior recruiter with detailed notes.

• Keep precise candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Provide weekly reports on pipeline status by territory and job requisition.

• Collaborate with recruiting teams and hiring managers in Sales, G&A, and R&D, along with the Talent Coordinator.

• Share market insights that influence hiring strategies.

• Establish pipeline coverage and quality objectives with the manager during the initial 90 days and take ownership of them thereafter.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or working in an agency.

• Proven experience in sourcing for sales positions across various regions.

• Ability to illustrate how you rapidly built candidate pipelines.

• Skilled in using LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Proficient in Boolean search techniques.

• Familiarity with an ATS such as Rippling or Ashby.

• Capability to compose personalized outreach messages.

• Skilled in tracking recruiting metrics and adapting strategies based on data analysis.

• Preference for taking ownership rather than being supervised.
