📋 Description

• Develop and sustain a robust and continuously updated pipeline of top-tier engineering talent to fulfill both current and prospective hiring requirements.

• Take charge of market mapping initiatives: analyze the competitive landscape, pinpoint target companies and profiles, and cultivate a thorough understanding of where premier engineering talent is located.

• Create and implement innovative, data-informed sourcing strategies to discover and engage passive candidates, particularly for highly sought-after engineering positions.

• Oversee high-volume, high-quality candidate outreach while effectively communicating our mission and team with authenticity and clarity.

• Monitor and evaluate sourcing metrics to perpetually enhance targeting, messaging, and channel performance.

• A minimum of 3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, demonstrating a consistent ability to build pipelines for exceptional engineering talent.

• Profound sourcing proficiency: adeptness with LinkedIn Recruiter, AI recruiting tools, talent mapping, and outreach sequencing tools.

• A data-driven approach: you measure response rates, conversion rates, and channel effectiveness, utilizing this data for continuous improvement.

• Outstanding organizational capabilities and the ability to manage extensive pipelines across multiple roles simultaneously without oversight.

• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and resourceful: you operate with a sense of urgency and take initiative without needing direction.
