This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire recruiting process for various roles within the organization, including GTM and additional functions.

• Actively source candidates through diverse platforms and tools utilizing AI-assisted sourcing, professional networks, and direct outreach.

• Foster strong candidate relationships and connect with potential hires through a well-established professional network.

• Ensure every candidate receives a personalized, well-managed experience through effective communication and diligent follow-up.

• Leverage referrals, employee networks, and internal connections as continuous sources for talent acquisition.

• Work in collaboration with recruiters across Israel, EMEA, and APJ while aligning with the team's objectives and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in full-cycle GTM recruiting, encompassing sourcing, screening, process management, and closing.

• A genuine and established professional network developed throughout your career, featuring relationships that yield responses.

• A relationship-first mindset, placing importance on securing the right placement rather than focusing solely on high-volume recruiting.

• Proficiency and comfort with AI-assisted sourcing tools and contemporary recruiting technology.

• A background that has naturally fostered a robust network, such as involvement in a professional community or extensive activity within a specific industry network (preferred).

• Previous experience as an external recruiter or headhunter with a proven record of network-based placements (preferred).

• Strong familiarity with the EMEA/UK recruiting landscape (preferred).
