This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute recruitment processes for positions at various levels and within diverse industries.

• Develop strategies for sourcing and talent acquisition.

• Engage in proactive sourcing for specialized and strategic roles.

• Keep the talent pool organized and well-maintained.

• Generate reports, conduct candidate evaluations, and provide technical feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in recruitment and selection (experience in consulting is an advantage).

• Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Vagas, Catho, Pandapé, etc.

• Strong skills in competency-based interviewing.

• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities, coupled with an analytical mindset.

• Active company registration (CNPJ) to operate independently.

• Availability for remote work.

• A laptop or computer in excellent working order.

• Mobile phone.

• Microsoft Office suite installed and fully operational.

• Reliable internet connection, headset with microphone, and a professional workspace.

• Technical education or certification.

• A background in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is a plus.

• Experience in strategic and high-volume hiring is advantageous.
