Talent Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with TA Partners and Hiring Managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.

• Identify and engage candidates for both technical and business positions.

• Establish and maintain focused talent pipelines.

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-ray search techniques, online communities, referrals, social media platforms, and AI-driven tools.

• Conduct research on relevant companies, markets, and specialized talent pools.

• Ensure candidate information and pipeline statuses are kept current in the ATS.

• Share market insights and sourcing strategies with the TA team.

• Oversee initial candidate communications and qualification processes.

• Coordinate suitable candidates for their introductory conversations with the TA team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent sourcing or full-cycle recruitment with a strong emphasis on sourcing.

• Proven experience in sourcing for technical, product, business, or go-to-market roles.

• Proficient in Boolean and X-ray search techniques, with confidence in utilizing various sourcing tools.

• Experience with complex, niche, or challenging searches is advantageous.

• Practical experience using AI tools for sourcing, research, or outreach activities.

• Excellent candidate communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities and ownership.

• Proficient written English skills.

• Proficiency in Russian is an advantage.

• B2B collaboration must be conducted exclusively through your own legal business entity, such as a sole proprietorship, limited company, or equivalent.
