Talent Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist in developing and implementing sourcing strategies aimed at identifying top-quality candidates for essential positions, including C-suite roles.

• Utilize various tools, platforms, and networks to source both passive and active candidates.

• Actively engage with candidates, fostering and maintaining relationships while generating interest in opportunities at Curtiss-Wright.

• Employ networks and outreach methods to attract high-caliber talent.

• Collaborate with the internal Talent Acquisition Team and hiring managers to comprehend role requirements and align on talent needs.

• Refine candidate profiles and assess candidates based on their experience, capabilities, cultural fit, and potential to achieve results.

• Present shortlisted candidates to Talent Acquisition Partners.

• Maintain and oversee a proactive pipeline of qualified candidates.

• Ensure prompt communication and engagement throughout the recruitment process.

• Monitor and report on sourcing metrics while providing insights into talent acquisition trends, candidate engagement, and recruitment effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of sourcing experience.

• Experience in global recruitment across one or more of our markets is desirable.

• Strong proficiency in sourcing using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, networking, and other innovative sourcing techniques.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• A collaborative mindset and a team-oriented approach to sourcing and recruitment.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong attention to detail and effective data management skills.

• Capability to leverage metrics to inform decision-making and enhance sourcing strategies.

• Proficient in sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other recruitment technology platforms.

• A quiet and secure work-from-home environment that allows for open communication.

• Resilience in the face of change and ambiguity.

• The role may require exposure to export-controlled information and additional security screening.
