This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract top talent possessing specific skill sets or expertise for specialized roles.

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to comprehend unique job specifications and align sourcing initiatives with organizational objectives.

• Review and post job listings on specialized job boards.

• Review and process applications across various platforms promptly.

• Utilize online platforms, social media, networking, mobile campaigns, email campaigns, cold calling, recruitment marketing, and other sourcing methods to identify potential candidates.

• Cultivate and expand talent communities to meet current and future hiring demands.

• Engage prospective candidates through tailored outreach, networking events, and various communication channels.

• Conduct and present regular market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.

• Pre-screen candidates and evaluate their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

• Share market and candidate insights with business hiring groups and provide consulting on sourcing and hiring strategies.

• Promote the employer brand and career advancement opportunities.

• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities using ATS and other tools.

• Stay updated with sourcing tools, techniques, and industry best practices.

• Foster diversity and inclusion by sourcing candidates from varied backgrounds and underrepresented groups.

• Identify areas for process enhancements and propose innovative solutions to improve recruitment efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma is required.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.

• Successful completion of the Sourcing Foundation training is necessary.

• Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting is required.

• In-depth understanding and solid sourcing experience in specific industries or markets is needed.

• Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques such as X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, and aggregators is essential.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring teams.

• Strong research and market analysis skills are necessary.

• Ability to manage candidate data with accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.

• Capability to efficiently manage multiple sourcing tasks and priorities, meet deadlines, and tackle niche recruitment requirements.

• Ability to creatively address sourcing challenges and discover innovative solutions to attract specialized talent.

• Commitment to continuous learning about industry trends, sourcing best practices, and emerging technologies.

• Strong focus on achieving sourcing targets.
