Recruitment Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Guide, mentor, and supervise a team of recruiters to ensure they meet KPIs and achieve recruitment objectives

• Manage and oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle to deliver timely, high-quality results to third-party clients

• Collaborate directly with clients to grasp hiring requirements and offer customized, consultative recruitment solutions

• Track team performance, provide constructive feedback, and apply data-driven strategies for ongoing enhancement

• Keep abreast of global industry trends to improve sourcing and headhunting methodologies

• Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously and allocate resources efficiently to priority roles

• Cultivate a high-performance culture and motivate the team towards achieving targets

⛳️ Requirements

• C1 English level is mandatory

• Must communicate exclusively in English throughout the entire shift

• Resume and audio recording must be submitted in English

• Significant experience in a leadership or senior recruitment position, ideally within a headhunting or agency environment

• Comprehensive understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle and contemporary headhunting techniques

• Outstanding communication skills for managing internal team dynamics and external client relations

• Capability to analyze team performance and adjust strategies to address complex hiring challenges

• Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and AI-assisted sourcing technologies

• Advanced experience in navigating and auditing Applicant Tracking Systems

• Expert-level proficiency in Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace (Sheets/Drive)

• Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter and specialized global job boards

• Experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition

• Commitment to a single job; secondary employment is not allowed

• Must reside in LATAM or the Philippines

• Must provide a publicly accessible 30–90 second English audio or video recording

• Must submit a screenshot of an internet speed test result
