This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to comprehend specific job requirements and align sourcing initiatives with organizational objectives.

• Craft and publish engaging job advertisements on specialized job boards.

• Review and manage applications across all platforms promptly.

• Utilize online platforms, social media, and networking to discover and connect with potential candidates who possess the necessary skills and qualifications.

• Execute traditional, innovative, and targeted candidate attraction strategies, including mobile and email campaigns, cold calling, and recruitment marketing.

• Develop and nurture talent communities for present and future hiring needs.

• Connect with potential candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and various communication channels.

• Conduct regular market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability, and present findings.

• Pre-screen candidates to evaluate their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

• Share insights regarding the market and candidates with hiring groups and provide consultation on sourcing and hiring strategies.

• Promote the employer brand to prospective candidates and emphasize career advancement opportunities.

• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities using ATS and other tools.

• Stay informed about industry best practices, sourcing tools, and techniques.

• Encourage diversity and inclusion by sourcing candidates from varied backgrounds and underrepresented groups.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose innovative methods to enhance recruitment efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.

• Successful completion of the Sourcing Foundation training is necessary.

• Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification is required.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sourcing or recruiting is required.

• A comprehensive understanding of, and solid sourcing experience in, a specific industry (or industries, markets) is required.

• Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques, such as X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, and aggregators is essential.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both candidates and hiring teams.

• Strong research and market analysis capabilities.

• Ability to manage candidate data accurately, with confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

• Capacity to handle multiple sourcing tasks and priorities efficiently, meeting deadlines and addressing niche recruitment needs.

• Ability to creatively tackle sourcing challenges, finding innovative solutions to attract specialized talent.

• Commitment to continuous learning about industry trends, sourcing best practices, and emerging technologies.

• Strong focus on achieving sourcing targets.
