This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete talent lifecycle, from the initial sourcing to candidate offer acceptance.

• Identify exceptional remote talent through various channels including job boards, social media, candidate databases, and professional networks.

• Carry out preliminary screenings and detailed interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.

• Organize and maintain active candidate pipelines within the ATS.

• Ensure prompt communication with candidates to minimize pipeline drop-off.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to outline role specifications and develop engaging recruitment postings.

• Coordinate interview schedules.

• Perform reference checks and manage background verification processes.

• Offer formal employment proposals.

• Assist in salary negotiations to secure top candidates.

• Act as the primary gatekeeper for candidate quality, ensuring alignment with client standards for technical skills, English proficiency, and cultural fit.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Recruiter or in a comparable talent acquisition position.

• Practical knowledge of sourcing platforms, specialized job boards, and contemporary recruiting techniques.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Strong judgment in candidate assessment, particularly under pressure.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Breezy, Greenhouse, or similar).

• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and specialized remote job networks.

• Knowledge of tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude for drafting job posts and outreach.

• Advanced skills in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets) and communication platforms such as Slack/Zoom.

• A C1 level of English proficiency is required, with strict adherence to English usage during shifts.

• Full-time commitment with a 100% focus on this single role is mandatory.

• A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred.

• Submission of a resume and audio recording in English is required.

• A valid publicly accessible 30–90 second audio or video recording must be provided.

• An internet speed test screenshot is required.
