Talent Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage high-caliber candidates with specialized skills or expertise for niche roles.

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to comprehend distinct job requirements and align sourcing initiatives with organizational objectives.

• Review and publish job postings on specialized job boards.

• Process applications across various platforms promptly.

• Utilize online platforms, social media, networking, mobile campaigns, email outreach, cold calling, recruitment marketing, and other sourcing methods to locate and attract candidates.

• Develop and enhance talent communities for both current and future hiring needs.

• Connect with potential candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and various communication channels.

• Conduct and deliver regular market analysis on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.

• Pre-screen candidates for qualifications, experience, and cultural fit before presenting them to the hiring team.

• Share market insights and candidate information with business hiring groups and provide consultation on sourcing and hiring strategies.

• Advocate for the employer brand and emphasize career development opportunities.

• Maintain precise records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities using ATS and other tools.

• Stay updated with industry best practices, sourcing tools, and techniques.

• Promote diversity and inclusion by sourcing candidates from varied backgrounds and underrepresented groups.

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and propose innovative strategies to boost recruitment efficiency.

• Project expected to commence in November.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma is mandatory.

• A Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.

• Successful completion of the Sourcing Foundation training is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting is essential.

• In-depth knowledge and substantial sourcing experience in specific industries or markets are required.

• Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques, including X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, and aggregators.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with candidates and hiring teams.

• Strong research and market analysis capabilities.

• Ability to manage candidate data with precision, confidentiality, and adherence to data protection regulations.

• Skill to efficiently handle multiple sourcing tasks and priorities, meeting deadlines and addressing niche recruitment needs.

• Creativity in tackling sourcing challenges, discovering innovative ways to attract specialized talent.

• Commitment to continuous learning about industry trends, sourcing best practices, and emerging technologies.

• Strong focus on meeting sourcing targets.

• Proficiency in an additional language: German, French, Spanish, or Italian is required.
