This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract exceptional candidates possessing specific skills or expertise for specialized roles.

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to comprehend unique job requirements and align sourcing efforts with the organization's objectives.

• Review and publish job advertisements on specialized job boards.

• Evaluate and process applications across various platforms in a timely manner.

• Utilize online platforms, social media, networking, mobile and email campaigns, cold calling, recruitment marketing, and other sourcing methods to identify potential candidates.

• Develop and nurture talent communities to address current and future hiring needs.

• Engage prospective candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and various communication channels.

• Conduct and deliver regular market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.

• Pre-screen candidates and assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

• Share market and candidate insights with business hiring groups and provide consultation on sourcing and hiring strategies.

• Promote the employer brand while highlighting company strengths and opportunities for career growth.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities using ATS and other tools.

• Stay informed about sourcing tools, techniques, and industry best practices.

• Foster diversity and inclusion by sourcing candidates from diverse and underrepresented backgrounds.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative strategies to enhance recruitment efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma is mandatory.

• A Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting is required.

• Comprehensive understanding and substantial sourcing experience within specific industries or markets are essential.

• Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques, including X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, and aggregators.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong research and market analysis skills.

• Ability to manage candidate data accurately, confidentially, and in accordance with data protection regulations.

• Capability to efficiently manage multiple sourcing tasks and priorities, meet deadlines, and address niche recruitment needs.

• Aptitude for creatively tackling sourcing challenges and finding innovative solutions to attract specialized talent.

• Commitment to continuous learning about industry trends, sourcing best practices, and emerging technologies.

• Strong focus on achieving sourcing targets.
