This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of TRM’s strategic and essential General & Administrative (G&A) recruitment efforts.
• Oversee the operational rhythm, priorities, experimentation, and results of the G&A recruiting team.
• Facilitate executive-level G&A hiring meetings and ensure follow-up actions are executed with hiring managers.
• Act as the representative for the G&A team in discussions regarding headcount and workforce planning.
• Identify and communicate risks, successes, market trends, and obstacles to Talent leadership.
• Lead initiatives for sourcing experimentation, solution development, retrospective evaluations, decision-making documents, and process enhancements.
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle for senior and specialized positions within Strategic Finance, Legal, People, Operations, and other corporate areas.
• Counsel executive stakeholders on market dynamics, candidate assessment, hiring strategies, and closing techniques.
• Develop targeted sourcing approaches and comprehensive market maps.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience for senior and specialized talent.
• Utilize recruitment data and funnel metrics to analyze search effectiveness and refine strategies as needed.
• Serve as a leader in the recruitment field, enhancing standards for sourcing, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and strategic search processes.
• Achieve defined hiring milestones, which include intake sessions, calibration profiles, market mapping, recruiter screenings, interview process organization, and data-driven improvements.
• Successfully make 2–3 hires within the first 90 days.
• A minimum of 10 years of recruiting experience.
• At least 7 years of experience managing senior G&A recruitment in high-growth technology firms.
• Proven experience in leading or guiding a recruiting team, including organizing hiring meetings, resolving search obstacles, and facilitating team experimentation.
• Experience in managing team cadence, implementing processes, conducting retrospectives, and drafting decision-making documents.
• Track record of successfully hiring senior and specialized talent in Strategic Finance, Legal, People, Operations, and other corporate sectors.
• Proficiency in market mapping, talent intelligence, engaging passive candidates, managing confidential searches, and closing senior-level positions.
• Capability to comprehend complex corporate roles within finance, legal, compliance, people, operations, and critical business leadership.
• Strong analytical skills regarding recruitment metrics, funnel health, conversion rates, and pipeline quality.
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills and the ability to provide counsel to senior leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong executive presence.
• High level of ownership, determination, and decision-making ability in ambiguous and confidential, business-critical searches.
• Capacity to balance speed and quality while upholding a high standard for talent acquisition.
