This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Review and publish job advertisements across various job boards.
• Assess and manage applications on multiple platforms promptly.
• Utilize online job boards, professional networking sites, and databases to find candidates.
• Start conversations with potential candidates and foster relationships.
• Conduct preliminary phone or video interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Keep an eye on industry trends, talent communities, and competitive landscapes to refine sourcing strategies.
• Maintain a robust talent pipeline, particularly for frequently filled positions.
• Ensure accurate candidate information and records are kept in the ATS or relevant databases.
• Enhance sourcing strategies based on established metrics and service levels.
• Assist recruiters with various sourcing-related administrative tasks as needed.
• Advocate for the employer brand and present job opportunities in an engaging manner.
• Coordinate feedback and streamline the recruitment process for an optimal candidate experience.
• Engage candidates from diverse backgrounds to promote inclusivity.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative solutions to boost recruitment efficiency.
• High School diploma is mandatory.
• A Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
• Successful completion of the Sourcing Foundation training within the initial 90 days is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent administration is essential.
• Some experience in conducting initial candidate assessments via phone or video interviews is preferred.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is required.
• Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including basic Boolean search, is necessary.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are essential.
• Effective time management and organizational skills are required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining candidate records is crucial.
• A professional demeanor when representing the company to potential candidates is expected.
• Proficiency in the English language is required.
• Availability to work during PHL 1st Shift, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, is necessary.
• Option for remote work.
