📋 Description

• Identify and engage top talent with specialized skills or expertise for niche roles.

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to comprehend unique job specifications and align sourcing efforts with organizational objectives.

• Craft and publish appealing job advertisements on specialized job boards.

• Review and manage applications across various platforms in a prompt manner.

• Utilize online platforms, social media, networking, and diverse sourcing methods to locate qualified candidates.

• Implement traditional, creative, and targeted attraction strategies, including mobile and email campaigns, cold calling, and recruitment marketing.

• Cultivate and expand talent communities for both current and future hiring needs.

• Engage potential candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and various communication channels.

• Conduct and present regular market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.

• Pre-screen candidates for qualifications, experience, and cultural fit prior to presentation to the hiring team.

• Share market insights and candidate information with business hiring groups, advising on sourcing and hiring strategies.

• Promote the employer brand and highlight career growth opportunities to prospective candidates.

• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities using ATS and other tools.

• Stay updated with industry best practices, sourcing tools, and techniques.

• Encourage diversity and inclusion through innovative sourcing practices.

• Identify process enhancements and propose creative solutions to improve recruitment efficiency.

• Support a project set to launch in November.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.

• Successful completion of the Sourcing Foundation training is essential.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sourcing or recruiting is required.

• A deep understanding and solid sourcing experience in specific industries or markets is essential.

• Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques, including X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, and aggregators.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.

• Strong research and market analysis capabilities are required.

• Ability to manage candidate data with precision, confidentiality, and in compliance with data protection regulations.

• Capacity to efficiently handle multiple sourcing tasks and priorities, meet deadlines, and navigate niche recruitment requirements.

• Creative problem-solving skills to address sourcing challenges.

• Commitment to continuous learning about industry trends, sourcing best practices, and emerging technologies.

• A strong focus on achieving sourcing targets is essential.

• Proficiency in an additional language: German, French, Spanish, or Italian is required.
