📋 Description

• Actively seek out candidates through outreach tools, social media, X-ray, Boolean search, and innovative sourcing techniques.

• Develop and oversee outbound talent pipelines for various open positions.

• Initiate candidate outreach and assess interest and suitability before transitioning candidates to recruiters.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of candidate records, pipelines, and sourcing documentation.

• Work in partnership with recruiters and provide updates on candidate quality and pipeline status.

• Achieve weekly sourcing activity objectives and pipeline targets.

• Share suggestions, identify potential issues early, and contribute to team enhancements.

• Proficient in English; a crucial requirement for conducting calls, writing outreach communications, and interacting with US professionals on a daily basis.

• Self-motivated, demonstrating initiative and ownership of searches and candidates.

• Open to coaching and feedback; eager to learn and grow.

• Focused on achieving results related to pipeline quality and outcomes.

• Collaborative and easy to work alongside.

• 0–3 years of experience in any outbound, research, or customer-facing role; experience in sales development, research, recruiting, or sourcing is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Availability for team meetings and client calls during US Pacific Time hours, with at least some overlap until 3 PM PT (San Francisco time).
