📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial vacancy discussions and candidate sourcing to conducting interviews, extending offers, and final placements.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify their recruitment needs, develop effective strategies, and provide consistent updates throughout the process.

• Actively seek out, engage, evaluate, and assess candidates through various recruitment channels.

• Handle multiple job openings across various clients, positions, and locations while ensuring quality and adherence to delivery timelines.

• Work in conjunction with specialized Sourcing Teams and agency partners to cultivate robust talent pipelines.

• Provide insights on the job market regarding talent availability, salary expectations, and hiring challenges.

• Maintain precise recruitment records, foster a positive candidate experience, and drive continuous improvement in recruitment delivery.

• Experience in agency recruitment, multi-client recruitment, or comprehensive Talent Acquisition.

• Demonstrated capability to handle multiple vacancies and manage competing priorities effectively.

• Strong skills in direct sourcing, candidate assessment, and managing stakeholder relationships.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• A proactive, service-oriented approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
