📋 Description

• Refer investor clients to Investors Equity Group for loans intended for business purposes.

• Earn income from loan closings in addition to your real estate sales.

• Provide financing support for fix-and-flip projects, rental properties, and portfolio transactions.

• Engage in the referral partnership in conjunction with an existing real estate business.

• Apply, complete a brief 15-minute introductory call, receive a partner link, and start referring clients.

• Possession of an active real estate license.

• A current portfolio of investor clients or a consistent stream of investor buyers.

• Must remain affiliated with your brokerage; this position does not offer W-2 employment.
