Talent Solution Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and screen contractor applicants submitted by agencies.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify contract worker staffing needs.

• Communicate job offers to agencies for selected contractor candidates.

• Ensure accurate markup rates are provided.

• Work with agencies to confirm that role specifications are fulfilled.

• Oversee the onboarding process for contract workers with agencies, ensuring all prerequisites are satisfied.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between hiring managers and agencies.

• Maintain a precise and up-to-date applicant database.

• Advocate for the company's Core Values and uphold a family-oriented culture.

• Adhere to safe work practices as well as the safety policies and procedures of the company and clients.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting.

• Experience with staffing or contingent agencies is advantageous.

• Preferred experience in recruiting within construction, industrial, or manufacturing settings.

• Must adhere to safe work practices along with company and client worksite safety regulations.

• Willingness and ability to travel as required.

• Capable of sitting, using hands and arms, communicating verbally, standing, walking, stooping, and kneeling.

• Must regularly lift and/or transport items up to 40 pounds and frequently move up to 25 pounds.

• Must be able to carry and climb ladders up to 20 feet.

• Must be skilled in operating scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs if necessary.

• May need to work in tight or confined spaces.
