Talent Solution Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Adhere to safe working practices along with the safety policies and procedures of both the company and clients.

• Uphold the company's Core Values and promote a family-oriented culture.

• Evaluate and screen contractor workers submitted by various agencies.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to address contract worker recruitment needs.

• Communicate job offers to agencies for the selected contract workers.

• Ensure accurate markup rates are provided.

• Work alongside agencies to confirm that role requirements are satisfied.

• Supervise the onboarding process for contract workers in collaboration with agencies.

• Arrange and coordinate interviews between hiring managers and agencies.

• Keep an up-to-date and precise applicant database.

• Execute additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

• At least 2 years of recruiting experience is required.

• Experience with staffing or contingent agencies is advantageous.

• Prior recruiting experience in construction, industrial, or manufacturing settings is preferred.

• Must be able and willing to travel as necessitated by E2 Optics.

• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds is essential.

• Must be capable of carrying and climbing ladders up to 20 feet.

• Should be able to operate scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs (buggies) when required.

• May need to work in tight and confined spaces.
