This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Build and sustain effective business relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Provide courteous and prompt assistance to candidates and partners regarding inquiries and issues.
• Preserve the professional reputation of the company.
• Support the leadership team with various tasks as necessary.
• Offer administrative assistance to the Talent Solution team.
• Facilitate job postings in Lever.
• Take notes during team meetings.
• Conduct onboarding for contractor workers responsibly.
• Maintain tracking spreadsheets for site purposes.
• Manage the conversion of contractor workers.
• Ensure an accurate and up-to-date applicant database.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in administrative support.
• Experience with staffing or contingent agencies is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills are necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe forms.
• Ability to evaluate information and interpersonal interactions to negotiate business meetings and exceed client expectations while ensuring a profitable revenue stream.
• Capability to discern when to act independently and when to involve internal team members or client contacts.
• Proven reliability in previous roles.
• Professional personal presentation is essential.
• Excellent communication, telephone, and public relations skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities are mandatory.
• Exceptional customer service skills and experience.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new and rapidly evolving technologies.
• Familiarity with a broad range of standard office automation tools.
• Detail-oriented approach to tasks.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain good work habits under pressure.
• Creative, self-disciplined, and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently with urgency.
• High energy level is required.
• Willingness and capacity to travel as necessary.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Capability to carry and climb ladders up to 20 feet.
• Ability to operate scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs if needed.
• Ability to work in tight and confined spaces.
• Ability to perform required sitting, standing, walking, hand/arm use, verbal communication, stooping, and kneeling, with reasonable accommodations where applicable.
