This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Build and nurture effective business relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Address inquiries and issues courteously and in a timely manner
• Uphold the professional reputation of the Company
• Support the leadership team with various tasks as required
• Provide administrative assistance to the Talent Solution team
• Assist with job postings in Lever
• Take notes during team meetings
• Oversee the onboarding process for contractor employees
• Maintain spreadsheets for site tracking
• Manage the conversion process for contractor workers
• Keep an accurate and up-to-date applicant database
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• High school diploma or GED is mandatory
• At least 2 years of administrative support experience
• Experience with staffing or contingent agencies is advantageous
• Strong administrative and organizational capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe forms
• Proven reliability and dependability
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Exceptional communication, telephone, and public relations abilities
• Required problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong customer service skills and experience
• Ability to learn and adapt to new and rapidly evolving technologies
• Familiarity with a variety of standard office automation tools
• Attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal abilities
• Good work ethic under pressure
• Creative, self-motivated, and capable of identifying and completing essential tasks independently and with urgency
• High energy levels
• Willingness and ability to travel as necessary
• Capability to regularly lift or move up to 40 pounds and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds
• Ability to regularly carry and climb ladders up to 20 feet
• Ability to operate scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs if necessary
• Ability to work in tight and confined spaces when required
