This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Spearhead initiatives for process optimization and standardization across Talent workflows, tools, data, and user experiences.

• Evaluate existing processes and design scalable workflows, standards, handoffs, and operational practices for the future.

• Convert Talent business requirements into specifications, use cases, process impacts, and priorities for delivery partners.

• Set process documentation standards and maintain a definitive source for workflows, roles, decision rights, controls, and use cases.

• Oversee tool engagement and adoption strategies, utilizing utilization data to guide decisions.

• Define and monitor value-realization metrics related to adoption, efficiency, quality, process adherence, user experience, and business impact.

• Collaborate with People Analytics, PISD, and tool owners to analyze usage and process data and propose corrective measures.

• Promote responsible adoption of AI-driven methodologies in line with the AI roadmap, governance standards, privacy, security, and appropriate data use.

• Establish governance models for tools that include eligibility, approval processes, onboarding, offboarding, reviews, and audits.

• Manage privacy impact assessments, data retention and deletion, procurement, purchase orders, vendor renewals, and decisions on deprecation.

• Work closely with enablement, change management, and communications teams to ensure readiness for launch, training, playbooks, communications, reinforcement, and behavior change.

• Represent the viewpoints of candidates, employees, managers, recruiters, and Talent practitioners to enhance overall experiences and minimize friction.

• Keep abreast of developments in process excellence, HR technology, AI adoption, change enablement, and employee experience practices.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 8 years of experience in process optimization, business operations, operational excellence, change enablement, HR or Talent operations, technology adoption, or a related field in a complex enterprise setting.

• Proven experience leading comprehensive process improvement and standardization projects across various functions, regions, or stakeholder groups.

• Proficiency in mapping current-state and future-state processes, clarifying roles and decision rights, identifying root causes, and translating insights into scalable operational standards.

• Experience in driving adoption and measurable value from enterprise technology, digital tools, automation, or AI-enabled workflows.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities utilizing operational, usage, and experience data.

• Capability to translate business needs into requirements, use cases, process impacts, and implementation or enablement needs for technical, data, and vendor partners.

• Familiarity with change management and enablement practices.

• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication abilities.

• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, establish governance, and ensure follow-through in a global, matrixed environment.

• Understanding of data privacy, access controls, records retention, security, and responsible AI considerations.

• Master’s degree is preferred.

• Experience with enterprise HR and Talent platforms such as Workday, Eightfold, SAP SuccessFactors, learning management systems, talent marketplaces, recruiting technologies, or workforce intelligence tools.

• Familiarity with Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, business process management, service design, or human-centered design methodologies.

• Experience in defining metrics for adoption, utilization, process adherence, efficiency, quality, and value realization.

• Experience in identifying, implementing, or scaling AI, automation, copilots, agents, or conversational interfaces within HR or Talent workflows.
