Partner Relationships Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and cultivate a portfolio of strategic partners in Germany, including ISVs, SaaS platforms, marketplaces, resellers, commerce, and technology partners.

• Serve as the primary commercial contact and a trusted daily relationship manager.

• Establish long-lasting partner relationships.

• Propel partner activation from signed agreements to sustainable commercial success.

• Ensure partners are onboarded, trained, sales-ready, and actively promoting myPOS in the market.

• Identify growth opportunities across merchant segments, verticals, regions, sales channels, product adoption, and cross-selling potential.

• Assist partners in defining and executing go-to-market strategies, including reseller models, referral programs, bundled offerings, migration campaigns, vertical propositions, and joint customer acquisition initiatives.

• Collaborate with the Marketing team on co-marketing campaigns, partner communications, case studies, events, webinars, lead generation, and sales materials.

• Keep an eye on local market trends, partner performance, and the competitive environment.

• Act as a vital link between local stakeholders and central teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in relationship management, business development, or strategic alliances.

• Demonstrated experience working with technology, SaaS, platform, or reseller partners.

• Understanding of APIs, integrations, or partner-driven growth models.

• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capabilities.

• Ability to collaborate across functions in an international setting.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Analytical and data-driven approach to monitoring performance.

• Proficient in English and relevant local language(s).
