Market Access Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Take charge of Market Access, HEOR, and HTA projects independently for pharmaceutical and health technology firms.

• Create and implement Pricing & Reimbursement strategies at both national and regional tiers.

• Develop and manage value dossiers, cost-effectiveness models, budget impact analyses, and market access documentation.

• Design and oversee evidence generation and HEOR initiatives, including economic evaluations, burden of illness studies, SROI analyses, systematic literature reviews, indirect treatment comparisons, MCDA, and value assessment frameworks.

• Facilitate scientific advisory boards and expert consensus meetings.

• Serve as the main contact for clients, understand their requirements, and offer strategic solutions.

• Collaborate with clinical experts and relevant stakeholders.

• Guarantee the scientific and methodological integrity of project outputs.

• Manage project planning, budgets, profitability, and timelines effectively.

• Discover new business prospects within current and potential accounts.

• Lead the creation and presentation of technical and commercial proposals.

• Oversee and expand a portfolio of clients, fostering long-term strategic partnerships.

• Engage in business development tasks, client meetings, and tender submissions.


⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in Health Sciences or a related discipline.

• A Master's degree or specialized training in Health Economics, HEOR, Market Access, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

• Over 8 years of experience in Market Access, HEOR, or strategic healthcare consulting.

• Demonstrated experience in leading intricate healthcare projects with direct client engagement.

• Background in developing commercial proposals and participating in business development efforts.

• Advanced proficiency in professional English (C1 level or higher).

• Experience in specialized Market Access and HEOR consulting.

• Familiarity with European healthcare systems and international market access frameworks.

• Experience in specialized therapeutic areas like oncology, rare diseases, immunology, or advanced therapies.

• Involvement in international projects.

• Experience in business development or strategic account management.

• A results-oriented approach.

• Ability to think strategically.

• Strong analytical skills coupled with scientific rigor.
