Provider Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Recruit dentists and ensure their retention within the network in line with set goals and priorities.

• Make follow-up calls to dental practices that have requested information, been nominated by members, or are targeted for recruitment.

• Conduct visits to dental offices in the region through cold calls and scheduled appointments.

• Monitor, analyze, and create strategies to enhance network participation and performance.

• Recruit additional providers to strengthen the network being promoted to both current and prospective customers.

• Engage in community events where providers are present, such as dental conferences.

• Build relationships with key administrators of new and participating group practices.

• Negotiate fee schedules with dental practices and ensure their completeness through thorough reviews.

• Collaborate with the Manager of Network Development to enhance network participation.

• Assist providers in resolving issues, including contract disputes, grievances, and claims.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a resident of Arizona.

• Willingness to travel 25-50%, with some overnight travel required as necessary.

• Highly motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting sales and recruiting goals.

• Experience in the insurance industry, preferably in dental.

• Strong commitment to providing an optimal customer experience.

• Excellent negotiation abilities.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven ability to demonstrate initiative, exercise independent judgment, and be a self-starter.

• Ability to operate with minimal supervision and prioritize work tasks effectively.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Basic proficiency in Salesforce.com.

• At least 1 year of recruiting or sales experience.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
