Talent Partner – Technical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, encompassing sourcing, screening, process oversight, and closing

• Develop robust candidate pipelines through proactive outreach, referrals, and community engagement

• Conduct recruitment across Viewer, SDK, full-stack, CI/CD, and design teams

• Assist in hiring for roles related to Rust engineering, 3D visualization, SDK and developer tools, full-stack engineering, and product design

• Evaluate candidates based on technical proficiency and relevant role skills

• Uphold a high hiring standard in collaboration with hiring managers

• Provide an exceptional candidate experience from the initial conversation to the offer stage

• Ensure recruiting processes remain organized, efficient, and progressing with considerable autonomy

• Collaborate with hiring managers and the Talent Lead on role specifications, market insights, and calibration

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in recruitment within early-stage and scaling startups (typically from Seed to Series A-C)

• Proven track record of managing the full recruitment cycle, taking ownership of searches independently

• Experience in recruiting for technical products like developer tools, infrastructure, AI/ML, robotics, or similar fields

• Ability to evaluate technical expertise and ask pertinent questions for technical positions

• A genuine interest in hiring for engineering and design roles

• Excellent sourcing capabilities

• High sense of agency and ownership

• Capacity to thrive in environments with shifting priorities and uncertainty

• Comfortable with conducting calls across different time zones

• Availability to work in Europe, Ireland, the UK, or the US East Coast as applicable
