Talent Partner – Tech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to comprehend current and future hiring needs.

• Take ownership of the complete recruitment cycle for technical and engineering positions.

• Create targeted sourcing strategies to discover and engage high-caliber technical talent, including passive candidates.

• Establish talent pipelines across Software Engineering, Platform, DevOps, QA, Data, and other technical fields.

• Provide insights into the market, salary recommendations, and advice on talent accessibility.

• Maintain candidate relationships throughout the recruitment journey.

• Enhance recruitment processes and hiring strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Cultivate an understanding of the organization, its teams, culture, and technical landscape.

• Utilize recruitment data and market intelligence to monitor progress and guide hiring decisions.

• Represent the client's employer brand and values throughout the candidate experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in technical recruitment/Talent Acquisition.

• Extensive experience in recruiting for engineering and various technical roles.

• Experience in delivering global recruitment solutions across diverse markets, locations, and talent pools.

• Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive candidates effectively.

• Capacity to forge strong relationships with hiring managers and act as a genuine recruitment partner.

• Experience in managing multiple technical vacancies and priorities across various locations.

• Strong grasp of technical recruitment markets, talent pools, and sourcing techniques.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proactive and consultative approach, with the confidence to offer recruitment advice and challenge when necessary.

• Experience in gaming, iGaming, social gaming, or another technology-driven environment is preferred but not mandatory.
