Language Partner, Mandarin

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with SMB Account Executives on opportunities that require language-specific assistance

• Participate in live discovery calls and product demonstrations in the customer's preferred language

• Facilitate deal progression through effective communication, clarity, and outlining next steps

• Review and provide support for quotes and contracts in the customer's preferred language

• Assist in ensuring a seamless transition to onboarding when necessary

• Work together with SMB Account Executives, Sales Leadership, and cross-functional teams

• Engage with Mandarin-speaking customers and potential customers while primarily using English with Toast employees

• Carry out the application and interview processes mainly in English

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin is essential

• Previous sales experience is preferred

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• An entrepreneurial mindset that is open to feedback

• Experience in restaurant operations is a plus

• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus

• Completion of Sandler Sales Training is a plus
