This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +1 more country.
• Provide guidance, develop, and execute people strategies for the region and individual countries to align with business unit objectives.
• Act as a local expert in employment practices and proactively address labor market challenges.
• Counsel leaders on culturally relevant talent strategies tailored to each country.
• Ensure uniform implementation of total reward packages for employees within the country.
• Track regional engagement levels and advise leaders on strategies to mitigate any identified gaps.
• Assess, develop, and oversee human resource policies, strategies, and initiatives.
• Collaborate with leaders and managers on change management efforts.
• Assist in talent management planning, which includes recruitment, employee relations, training, compensation, benefits, and various HR matters.
• Leverage data metrics to implement programs that enhance performance and productivity.
• Oversee performance actions, including performance improvement plans (PIPs), disciplinary measures, terminations, and redeployments.
• Direct performance management systems and coach managers accordingly.
• Coordinate recruitment for Director-level positions and below in partnership with Talent Acquisition and business stakeholders.
• Define role requirements, aid in the selection process, and establish salary offers.
• Support and mentor managers and employees in resolving workplace concerns and issues.
• Contribute to HR projects and the formulation of policies.
• Work collaboratively with the global People team.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient knowledge in recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, talent and performance management, training and development, and legal compliance in employment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Capability to lead, influence, and negotiate across all organizational levels.
• Numerically adept; able to analyze data to discern trends and issues.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Competence in prioritizing tasks, working independently, and meeting deadlines on specialized projects.
• Global perspective with the ability to navigate complexity across various countries and functions.
• Familiarity with compliance and employment issues at the country level in multiple nations.
• Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, candid, and professional manner.
• Proven success through teamwork and collaboration.
