Lead Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of publisher relationships, opportunities, scaling, and outcomes from start to finish.

• Manage and monitor the margin for the designated publisher portfolio.

• Sustain a varied publisher portfolio while overseeing partner concentration risks.

• Supervise partner traffic for compliance issues and resolve any concerns directly with partners.

• Foster active and productive relationships with publishers.

• Engage in weekly knowledge-sharing sessions and disseminate insights with the team.

• Acquire knowledge about Launch Potato’s offers, platform, and partner portfolio.

• Conduct conversations aimed at optimizing publisher performance and drive measurable improvements.

• Independently manage the publisher portfolio and explore additional verticals for expansion.

• Propel incremental margin growth, targeting an additional $500,000 in margin over the next 12 months.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of four years of experience managing publishers in the affiliate space.

• Direct experience in publisher or partner management for an advertiser or network.

• Proven track record of owning a margin or revenue target.

• Familiarity with regulated sectors such as insurance, credit, lending, health, or personal finance.

• Capability to investigate compliance-related barriers and modify partner assets or advocate internally when necessary.

• Proficient in performance tracking platforms; familiarity with Tune, IntegriShield, and Lashback for compliance is beneficial.

• Proactive approach to optimizing partner performance.

• Must reside in a US state where Launch Potato is authorized to operate.

• Achieved a margin of at least $200,000 in a single year.

• Experience in direct affiliate publisher management.

• Preferred: Established relationships in insurance, multiple regulated sectors, and experience with direct publisher relations and network distribution.
