Senior Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the end-to-end management of publishers and their relationships.

• Take ownership of account opportunities, scaling efforts, results, and the profit margin associated with the designated publisher book.

• Ensure a diversified portfolio of publishers while managing risks related to partner concentration.

• Proactively monitor partner traffic and address any compliance issues that may arise.

• Foster and maintain active and productive relationships with publishers.

• Identify opportunities for scaling and optimizing partner performance and take appropriate action.

• Engage in weekly knowledge-sharing sessions, contributing successful practices.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of Launch Potato’s offerings, platform, and partner portfolio.

• Aim to drive incremental profit margin, with a specific 12-month target of $500,000.

• Explore expansion into additional verticals such as insurance, personal finance, and a broader partner network.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of four years of experience in managing publishers within the affiliate sector.

• Proven experience in direct publisher or partner management for either an advertiser or a network.

• Demonstrated ownership of a margin or revenue target.

• Experience in regulated industries such as insurance, credit, lending, health, or personal finance.

• Capability to investigate and resolve compliance-related obstacles to opportunities.

• Proficient in performance tracking platforms; Launch Potato utilizes Tune, IntegriShield, and Lashback.

• A proactive approach to optimizing partners and campaigns.

• Preferred: Established relationships specifically within the insurance sector.

• Preferred: Experience across multiple regulated industries.

• Preferred: Background in both direct publisher relationships and network distribution.

• Must reside in a U.S. state where Launch Potato is legally registered to operate.
