Senior Change Management Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic guidance and collaborate with functional teams and affected users to evaluate the effects of change, identify target audiences, and create engagement initiatives and communication materials that facilitate successful adoption.

• Spearhead large-scale change management initiatives utilizing a structured methodology and established tools.

• Collaborate with project teams and leadership to comprehend stakeholder impacts, timelines, and change requirements.

• Perform business impact assessments and assess organizational readiness and change-related risks.

• Design and implement change enablement initiatives to enhance team member awareness, understanding, and adoption.

• Assist in communication and training efforts in collaboration with communications and project training teams.

• Evaluate change readiness and adoption through surveys, training metrics, and feedback to ensure successful execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• 3–5 years of experience in change management.

• 2+ years of experience leading organizational change initiatives utilizing change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

• Excellent analytical skills, with the capability to connect and translate complex concepts and data into actionable plans.

• Must be a resident of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Florida, Idaho, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, or Virginia.
