Talent Partner, GTM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +4 more locations.

📋 Description

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for GTM positions

• Attract and engage top-tier talent

• Provide an exceptional candidate recruiting experience

• Collaborate with hiring managers and leaders to develop recruiting strategies

• Offer insights into the talent market and industry trends

• Monitor recruiting pipelines in Ashby ATS and consistently update progress

• Actively source and recruit candidates

• Foster relationships with diverse technology and talent communities

• Assume responsibility for additional talent initiatives

• Represent Talent Acquisition at industry conferences

• Organize and carry out tailored networking events

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of go-to-market, full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments

• Experience in startups is advantageous

• Innovative problem solver who excels in high-pressure and ambiguous situations

• Natural influencer who enjoys cross-functional collaboration

• A data-driven mindset towards recruiting

• Commitment to diversity, community engagement, and equitable recruiting practices

• Strong interest in the AI sector, particularly in NLP, LLMs, and advanced research
