📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for the candidate experience from initial outreach through interviews and pre-onboarding.

• Create and enhance recruitment communications, which include emails, surveys, templates, interview guidelines, and resources for candidates.

• Collaborate closely with hiring teams to ensure that recruitment processes proceed swiftly while upholding a high-quality experience.

• Analyze recruiting data to pinpoint bottlenecks, refine hiring workflows, and consistently improve the candidate journey.

• Utilize AI recruiting platforms and automation to minimize manual tasks, enhance consistency, and elevate the candidate experience on a larger scale.

• Introduce innovative ideas that ensure every interaction with Viva is modern, thoughtful, and memorable.

• Quickly adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting setting while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or roles focused on people that involve hiring processes, candidate experience, employee experience, or operational workflows.

• A strong enthusiasm for leveraging AI in recruitment, going beyond basic prompting to redesign workflows and eliminate repetitive tasks.

• Comfortable operating in remote or hybrid work settings.

• Proficiency in English at a C1 level or higher.

• Skilled in Google Workspace, spreadsheets, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), workflow automation tools, and similar platforms.

• An ownership mentality; proactive, resourceful, and capable of thriving with autonomy.

• Consistent professional experience, including at least one position where you stayed for 2 or more years.
