This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Assist in the implementation of affiliate and performance partnership marketing initiatives across diverse industries and service platforms.
• Engage in client meetings and aid in the development of agendas, reporting, and audit presentations.
• Offer insights and suggestions during strategic planning discussions.
• Establish and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Paid Search, SEO, Social, and Retail Media channels to enhance integrated marketing strategies.
• Understand client business objectives and contribute to campaign goals and KPI targets.
• Manage placement bookings, reporting, text-link implementation, and partner onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist in planning and executing affiliate campaigns, daily account management, account growth initiatives, project organization, and communications.
• Audit, review, and analyze reports while supporting optimization efforts.
• Contribute to revenue growth in alignment with client KPIs, objectives, and approved strategies.
• Utilize data and technology to identify solutions, address business inquiries, and enhance campaign performance.
• Report to a Senior Manager, Associate Director, or Director.
• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in affiliate or partner marketing within a performance marketing agency, affiliate or partnership network, influencer marketing environment, or in-house brand team.
• 2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Performance Partnerships, Performance PR, Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Network Management (Impact.com and Rakuten Advertising), or a related field.
• Proven experience in driving revenue growth while meeting ROAS targets in retail or subscription-based ecommerce environments.
• Familiarity with one or more affiliate platforms, including Impact.com, Partnerize, CJ, or Rakuten Affiliate Network (RAN).
• Ability to manage complex data sets and invoicing processes accurately and with attention to detail.
• Strong focus on detail in creative approvals, budgeting, contracting, and campaign execution.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for affiliate and partnership marketing.
• Openness to learn, adapt, and acquire new skills in a dynamic setting.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies, industries, and guidelines and apply that knowledge to meet business objectives.
• Knowledge of CPA optimization strategies, publisher negotiations, benchmarking, and performance reporting, including lead generation, ROAS, accounts opened, and CPA metrics.
• Interest in the Financial Services sector, including banking, money transfers, lead generation programs, subscription-based business models, and content syndication partnerships.
