IT Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Serve as the bridge between technical teams and non-technical users.

• Ensure that requirements are clearly understood and that solutions are implemented accurately.

• Oversee IT activities across various projects from the initial concept to final delivery.

• Act as the account manager for key stakeholders during IT-related changes.

• Develop, monitor, and adjust project plans as necessary.

• Ensure that IT projects are aligned with broader business strategies.

• Capture, define, and document system requirements and enhancements.

• Assist in user acceptance testing and secure approval from stakeholders.

• Provide structured handovers to business-as-usual teams, including documentation and process guidance.

• Support the delivery of IT projects and business transformation initiatives.

• Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and operational colleagues to ensure that solutions align with business needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing end-to-end project delivery.

• Proficient in discussing technical concepts with developers and translating them for business users.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships.

• Knowledge of SQL and familiarity with process mapping tools like Visio.

• A logical, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset.

• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities effectively.

• Candidates must be based in the UK.

• Must have the right to work in the UK.

• Visa sponsorship is not available.

• Successful completion of Background, Identity, Security Clearance, and BPSS checks is required.

• Relevant identification will be needed, including proof of address, references, a valid passport, and evidence of residence in the UK for the last 5 years.

• A full UK driving license is desirable but not mandatory.

• To operate a Mears vehicle, candidates must be over 21, have held their license for over 3 months, and have fewer than 9 points on their driving record.
