• Source, engage, and evaluate top-tier talent through direct sourcing, networking, and referrals.

• Develop and uphold talent pipelines to address current and future hiring demands.

• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

• Offer market insights, salary benchmarking, and recruitment guidance to stakeholders.

• Assist in employer branding and initiatives for talent attraction.

• Keep precise recruitment data and reporting.

• Operate during UK office hours.

• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

• Background in managing the complete hiring process in a dynamic environment.

• Demonstrated experience in supporting international recruitment across various countries or regions.

• Strong capabilities in sourcing and headhunting.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English.

• Experience collaborating with global hiring managers and cross-functional teams.

• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
