This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create training, performance, and readiness strategies that align with the business, technology, regulatory, and workforce priorities of HTK Operations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership by identifying performance and capability requirements and suggesting solutions that encompass people, processes, knowledge, technology, and training.
• Oversee readiness for changes in technology and workflow, which includes assessing role impacts, developing learning approaches, conducting pilots, providing rollout support, and ensuring measurement and sustainability.
• Design and continually enhance structured onboarding and workforce readiness programs through role-specific learning plans, systems training, regulatory education, proficiency assessments, cross-training, and reinforcement activities.
• Implement and maintain knowledge management and Shelf governance standards to ensure that content remains accurate, up-to-date, searchable, and user-friendly.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality to pinpoint performance trends, errors, audit findings, and risks; define improvement actions, and assess their effectiveness.
• Lead intricate cross-functional projects, influence stakeholders without direct authority, and communicate priorities, risks, decisions, and results effectively.
• Utilize Microsoft 365, learning technologies, and AI-enabled tools to enhance training, content management, analysis, and knowledge management.
• A Bachelor's degree in business, Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Financial Services, or a related field; equivalent education and experience may also be considered.
• More than 7 years of relevant experience in training, performance consulting, organizational development, operational readiness, knowledge management, or a related field.
• Over 7 years of experience as a Broker-Dealer and/or RIA with a solid understanding of brokerage operations, including New Accounts, Cashiering, Trading, Commissions, Licensing, Operations Controls, and advisor support or supervision.
• Proven track record of developing and leading training, performance, operational readiness, change management, and knowledge management initiatives that enhance employee performance and business results.
• Capability to assess performance and skill gaps, leveraging data and business insights to suggest training, coaching, process, communication, knowledge management, or performance support solutions.
• Excellent relationship-building, instructional design, facilitation, adult learning, consulting, communication, analytical, influencing, and project management skills; ability to independently handle multiple priorities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, learning technologies like Articulate 360, and AI-enabled tools, with the capability to apply technology responsibly while maintaining appropriate governance and quality controls.
• Preferred: Experience with Docupace, NetX360, Envestnet, HUB, FIS, or other comparable financial services platforms.
• Preferred: Background in supporting Broker-Dealer or Registered Investment Adviser operations; financial services licenses (e.g., Series 7, 63, 65, or comparable licenses) are advantageous.
