This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Transform HTK Operations' business, technology, regulatory, and workforce requirements into actionable training and readiness strategies.
• Create, develop, implement, and sustain blended learning materials, job aids, communication tools, assessments, and point-of-need performance support.
• Conduct training and learning sessions for employees, leaders, subject matter experts, and business trainers.
• Utilize feedback and performance metrics to continuously enhance learning solutions.
• Facilitate readiness for technological and workflow transitions through the development of learning materials, pilot programs, rollout initiatives, reinforcement, and measurement.
• Create and uphold onboarding procedures, role-specific learning plans, systems and regulatory training, proficiency assessments, and cross-training resources.
• Implement and uphold knowledge management and Shelf governance standards.
• Oversee content accuracy, timeliness, ownership, usability, and review status.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality to evaluate performance trends, errors, audit findings, and associated risks.
• Suggest and assess training or performance enhancements.
• Oversee assigned initiatives, coordinate with stakeholders and dependencies, communicate progress and risks, and address significant issues as needed.
• Leverage Microsoft 365, learning technologies, and AI-enabled tools to improve training, content creation, technical writing, analysis, and knowledge management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Financial Services, or a related discipline; equivalent education and experience may be taken into account.
• Over 5 years of pertinent experience in training, performance consulting, organizational development, operational readiness, knowledge management, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience within Broker-Dealer and/or RIA environments, with expertise in brokerage operations such as New Accounts, Cashiering, Trading, Commissions, Licensing, Operations Controls, advisor support, or supervision.
• Strong skills in instructional design, facilitation, adult learning, communication, analytics, influencing, and project management.
• Capability to independently oversee assigned initiatives and manage multiple priorities.
• Proven experience in translating complex operational, regulatory, technical, and business requirements into effective learning and performance support solutions.
• Proficiency in building stakeholder alignment, driving follow-through, and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 applications, learning technologies such as Articulate 360, and AI-enabled tools like Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and similar platforms.
