This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee comprehensive recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical positions in the US, Canada, and India.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on workforce strategies, defining roles, drafting job descriptions, and establishing realistic timelines.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent intelligence tools; develop pipelines for ongoing roles.
• Evaluate candidates, facilitate structured interviews and scorecard assessments, and assist in making prompt hiring decisions.
• Maintain the accuracy of the ATS (Zoho Recruit) and report on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and source quality metrics.
• Enhance Embrace's employer brand on career pages and LinkedIn, ensuring a consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Analyze talent markets for critical roles and skills in the US, Canada, and India, focusing on talent availability, competitor teams, and hiring hotspots.
• Monitor competitor hiring activities and organizational changes to identify sourcing opportunities and potential retention risks proactively.
• Provide stakeholders with insights on team-building strategies based on talent availability, cost considerations, and hiring timelines.
• Transform market and workforce data into concise briefs and dashboards that stakeholders can utilize effectively.
• Assist with engagement surveys and pulse checks; convert results into actionable plans in collaboration with managers.
• Aid in the design and execution of engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and cultural events across all regions.
• Conduct regular check-ins and stay interviews to identify attrition risks early.
• Facilitate the new-hire experience to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Support the performance review process, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual evaluations, and calibration activities.
• Assist managers with feedback and performance improvement strategies.
• Collaborate on learning and development plans, career progression paths, and internal mobility opportunities.
• Help employees and managers address workplace concerns in a fair and confidential manner.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Psychology.
• 3–7 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 3 years in full-cycle recruitment.
• Demonstrated experience hiring for roles in North America (US and/or Canada) as well as in India.
• Strong understanding of employment practices and hiring standards in the US, Canada, and India.
• Practical experience with an ATS and HRIS, preferably Zoho Recruit and Zoho People.
• Exceptional sourcing capabilities, including advanced skills in LinkedIn searches.
• Practical experience in talent market mapping, competitor analysis, and compensation benchmarking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders across different cultures and time zones.
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information, coupled with a proactive approach.
• Familiarity with engagement survey tools and HR analytics.
• Knowledge of talent intelligence platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Talent Insights, Lightcast) and compensation data sources.
• Proficient in utilizing AI and automation tools to enhance sourcing and HR workflows.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, software, or a multi-entity/private equity/M&A environment is preferred.
