This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Enhance collaborations across Quebec’s healthcare landscape in gastroenterology, rheumatology, and institutional care.
• Establish reliable relationships with healthcare professionals, institutions, hospital executives, and community stakeholders.
• Identify care deficiencies and collaboratively develop solutions that enhance access, timeliness, care pathways, patient flow, system capacity, and sustainability.
• Collaborate with gastroenterology and rheumatology stakeholders to gain insights into patient journeys, care pathways, system readiness, and unmet needs.
• Co-create scalable workflows and care pathway solutions.
• Act as a strategic ally to hospitals and institutions, emphasizing oncology biosimilars, supportive care, and anticoagulation.
• Enhance infusion capacity, patient flow, continuity of care, and institution-led transitions to biosimilars.
• Collaboratively develop quality-improvement initiatives that optimize capacity, resources, and sustainability.
• Build relationships with pharmacy directors, clinic managers, medical leaders, and other essential stakeholders.
• Investigate innovative partnership models, tools, workflows, and care-enablement strategies.
• Assist in establishing standardized processes that align with Canadian evidence-based guidelines, expert opinions, and stakeholder requirements.
• Lead or assist in compliant strategic healthcare enhancement and quality-improvement initiatives.
• Generate and convey insights about the healthcare system to support organizational comprehension and strategic planning.
• Facilitate the sharing and scaling of quality-improvement insights across various healthcare environments.
• Collaborate in compliance with cross-functional field and Head Office teams.
• Uphold the SSHP’s unique, non-promotional, non-demand-generating mission.
• Represent Pfizer at relevant conferences, meetings, and events.
• Conduct activities according to Pfizer's policies, procedures, non-promotional standards, and compliance requirements.
• Identify and report adverse events and product complaints.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 8 years of pertinent experience in the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors.
• Experience in strategic partnerships, institutional roles, field-based positions, or healthcare-system functions.
• Background in quality improvement, co-creation, system partnerships, and/or complex projects.
• Strong understanding of the Canadian healthcare landscape, patient pathways, and evolving healthcare and pharmacy models.
• Strategic, innovative, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Exceptional relationship-building and influencing capabilities.
• Ability to lead through influence and work collaboratively in a compliant manner across functions.
• Proficient project management, strategic planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong initiative, adaptability, and the ability to navigate complexity and uncertainty.
• Fluency in spoken and written French; proficiency in English is required for interactions outside Quebec or Canada.
• Must reside in Quebec, preferably in Montreal.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the territory, nationally, and internationally.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets Pfizer’s requirements.
• Ability to maintain necessary documentation for international travel.
